The house is split in two floors and measures 180 sq.m At the ground floor there is the spacious living room, the dining area and equipped kitchen with all essential kitchenware. Also here a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with corner bathtub are found. At the attic there is a bedroom with double bed, one more bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Furnished balconies are waiting for you to enjoy your breakfast or a cool drink while relaxing at the tranquility of countryside. The built outdoor bbq is at your disposal for delicious plates and memorable nights with the friends or family.

Villa Margarita is located at Vougiato Village almost at the center of the island. If you choose Villa Margarita for your stay you can experience relaxing holidays and live as a local. At about 500 meters there is the center of the village where you can find St. Nicholas Square, traditional taverna, mini market and a small café.
Within short walking distance from the house there is St. Dimitrios Church, the traditional village Lagadakia and Eleftherotria Monastery. The historical church of St. Timotheos and Mavra is only 1 km away from the house. Agios Sostis Beach where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing and also take the boat to the Marathonisi (Turtle Island) and Keri Caves is 9 km away from the house.
